These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Helpfl mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Action required before publishing: replace the bracketed placeholders and host this page at the URL configured in the app (https://helpfl.io/terms). This document is also the End User License Agreement (EULA) referenced by the App Store.
Helpfl helps you build habits and reduce distraction by letting you block and unblock selected apps on your device using Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) features, set reminders, and optionally trigger actions with NFC tags. Features and availability may change over time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App.
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription, Helpfl Pro, available on a monthly or yearly basis. The yearly plan may include an introductory free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

You retain ownership of the habits, presets, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the App for you. You are responsible for the content you create.
The App relies on Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity, and NFC capabilities. These features depend on permissions you grant and on your device's operating system. We do not guarantee that app blocking will be perfect or uninterrupted, and you remain responsible for your own use of your device.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Helpfl is a productivity tool and is not a medical, clinical, or professional service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [Your legal name / company] WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are between you and [Your legal name / company], not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
